I have worked with Meghan and AllStar fireworks for a number of years.  They have all been productive.  Meghan is always ready and willing to address the many issues associated with a business that provides product to the public.  I felt I could freely discuss all problems with Meghan.  She is understanding and willing to go that extra yardage when faced with issues.  I consider her a friend.

The Kingsville Booster Club looks forward to the opportunity to sell fireworks for All Star each year, supporting this wonderful locally owned family business while raising money for our organization as well. Their years of experience and large selection make selling fireworks a breeze. By far,  our favorite and best fundraiser of the year!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do we need a special license or permit to run a stand?

A: Allstar Fireworks handles permits and location arrangements for you. As long as your group is approved and agrees to the terms, we’ll take care of the paperwork so you can focus on fundraising.

Q: Do you carry a specific brand of fireworks?

A: We primarily carry Black Cat products, but also vet other brands every now and again depending upon their reviews. Some, historically, have included: Brothers Pyrotechnics, Showtime, and Winda.

Q: How much could we expect to raise?

A: Every year and location is different. We encourage you to market your location to your group and encourage family and friends to come support your fundraiser to make the most of your opportunity. Since we set up at prominent locations you can also expect some foot traffic from the surrounding community as well.

Q: Will we be able to accept cards at checkout?

A: Yes! We know shoppers tend to prefer cards these days, which is why we equip each register with a card reader as well as the option to accept cash.

Q: How soon should we apply for next season?

A: We begin selecting participants as early as January and February each year. Our permits are typically due in March, so we try to have our locations and organizations matched by then. If you’re interested in learning more, we invite you to apply year round to get on our waiting list for the coming season!

Q: When will we receive our funds?

A: After all sales have been finalized and inventory accounted for we cut a check back to your organization. Typically this is within 30 days after the fourth of July.

Q: How are fireworks priced?

A: Pricing is set by Allstar to stay competitive while maximizing fundraising potential. You’ll receive guidance on high-margin items and best-sellers to help you hit your goals.

Q: Can minors work at the tent?

A: Volunteers must be 18 or older to handle and sell fireworks. We recommend scheduling adult volunteers during all open hours, especially during busy evening shifts.

Q: What kind of training do you provide?

A: We host an in-person training session in June, along with printed materials and ongoing support from our team. We’ll walk you through everything from sales techniques to safety protocols and inventory management.

Q: What if it rains or storms? Will sales be impacted?

A: Most of our tents are weather-resistant, and we operate rain or shine. However, safety always comes first — if conditions become hazardous, we’ll work with you on next steps and communicate any temporary closures to the public.

Q: What happens to leftover fireworks?

A: We handle inventory reconciliation and will pick up any unsold, unopened fireworks. Your team is not responsible for restocking or storage after July 4th.
